Paul

He leads the garden club at the retirement home I visited today, as part of that portrait project I was hired to do. 

Paul's a thoughtful man, bent over by crippling arthritis, but still out and about tending to the plants and flowers. He does most of the heavy lifting (digging, fertilizing, etc.) while the ladies 'come by and drop the seeds in the ground' including mistakingly seeding a tomato plant in the middle of all the flowers :)
