Keeping cool

It is a day for staying in the shade.  Last night we went to see Emoceans, a guitar trio who played a combination of gypsy music, folk and Eastern European styles with a frenetic, repetitive beat.  Opinions were mixed.  They were obviously talented individually but they had not got their set up quite right for the acoustics of the church which is excellent for classical music but reverberates with electronic music played a little too loudly.  I collected the projector and screen from the tourist office in the afternoon for tomorrow's talk on Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
