Doodle

What is more enjoyable for a child than to pick up a crayon and start scribbling away? Sometimes, to the annoyance of their parents, this is usually on anything but the surface of paper - walls and floors are a favourite!

I liked the contrast and scaling in this picture between the paper sizes and the two children. One, content to scribble away on A4, whilst the other draws a small shape in the centre of the large A2, unable to figure out how to make use of the available space.

Also, isn't it unusual to capture subjects from the back, or the backs of their heads? It's not something we think of doing instinctively.
