Twelve Green Tomatoes.

 Twelve green tomatoes sitting in a dish, 
If one green tomato  should actually turn red,
There'd  be eleven green tomatoes sitting in the dish.
If two green tomatoes should actually turn red............
Any tips on how to ripen them? They are growing outside, not in a greenhouse.
