The builders came to take down the water damaged living room ceiling.

And when they did they found a huge leak. From the newly fitted, twice sealed replacement shower.

Exactly 6 months since the first leak. In exactly the same place.

I've got a bit cross with some poor chap sat in his office today. But to be fair he was an absolute arsehole. And. I've had enough.
