Pieni Karhunkierros trail

A lovely circuitous trail along the Kitkajoki (river) runs from Juumajärvi (lake) through dense woodland and marsh. It made a great day out and glimpses of Black Kites, Osprey and even a Golden Eagle. The river is quite fast and we plan on rafting it in a few days time.

It was quite a warm day and the mosquitos were out in abundance.
