...and the reduced line of piles which have stood for over 100 years but have taken a real battering in the winter storms that have marked this passing winter as one of the coldest wettest and dismal winters of all time; well at least since records were started. Bizarrely there are still pockets of farmed land that are still being strangled by drought!!
