Tick tock

Every year the City of Edinburgh Council creates a floral clock in Princes St gardens, quite a glorious tradition now.

Obviously the time shown (well, grown!) is right twice a day, and today it was when I phoned me ol' mum and wished her a happy birthday, hoping the flowers I'd ordered had arrived with her in deepest Cornwall....and they had!
