A very 'just in time' blip today. 11:45 pm Friday, stood outside the bar restaurant La Mar de Bien 'The Sea of Plenty', and no photo for the day. So here's their menu for any foodies out there...

Navajas - Razor Fish (Griddled)
Zamburiñas - Scallops
Almejas - Clams - a la Sarten - Pan fried or - a la marinera - with finley chopped pepper and onion vinaigrette.
Lubiña con Crema de Oricio - Sea Bass in Sea Urchin Sauce
Entrecot con Langostinos - Steak with Langoustines. Surf 'n' turf I suppose.
Croquetas de Oricio - Sea-Urchin Croquettes
Pixín con Almejas y Gambas - Monkfish with Clams and Prawns
Secreto Iberica con Compote de Manzana - A particular and special cut of acorn fed pork with apple compote.

We ate a portion of griddled razor fish in here stood at the bar yesterday. Delicious.
