Dinosaur National Monument

It's been a very cool ride home so far, with stops at Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument, parts of the Oregon Trail, Minidoka National Historic Site (where Japanese-Americans were held during the duration of WWII after their properties along the west coast were wrongfully seized), Jim Bridger Fort, and finally, Dinosaur National Monument.  There are so many incredible things to see!

This is the Green River a little downstream from its juncture with the Yampa.  There is an excellent little hiking trail along a ridge to the point, which offers exquisite panoramic views from both sides of the trail.  This photo is insanely insufficient.
