Abu Simbel

We reached Aswan during the night and were woken at 3am to make the 280km (3 1/2hr) drive to see Abu Simbel Temple (thank goodness for Imodium). I didn't realise that the temple was close to the Sudan border.

After lunch back at the boat we were taken for a nice Felucca trip around the Elephantine & Kitchener Islands (extra photo)
