Had friends around for dinner last night so a late start this morning, Swim to clear the head, walk with Léo, and easy 26k which makes 81 for the week, which is biggest week this year. So came back and entered a half marathon in 3 weeks time and the Lucerne marathon in 9 weeks time, so I can meet up with Djeli and Reike of course!
