Zadok

Normous has been away all week, singing. This residential week of hard work and happy companionship ended with a performance in the Dorking Halls last evening where the 150 participants of the choral week were joined by a small orchestra. They performed this lovely programme of familiar music and I was delighted to be in the audience. The stunning sound as the choir burst into "Zadok" was breathtaking.

Our family day today was a bit reduced as grandson George wasn't well and stayed at home. We missed him, and had just the adult view of their recent French holiday. We hope to see George later this week when will be able to catch up.
