breezy but warm today and a rare chance to sit in the garden
there were bees, wasps and hoverflies busy in the fuchsia and they actually stayed still long enough to get photos of some of them
managed a short run before tea, so definitely getting back to normal
forgot to say yesterday that Mr Rat won 3 bottles of beer for being 1st >60 man, he's a bit stiff today and didn't run
