Muddy run

It was lovely out running this morning 13 degrees was warmer than I remember even though I did pack my hat and gloves!

This is part of my favourite woodland, Loamhole Dingle, just above Coalbrookdale. The birds were singing and the woodland smelt lovely. It's good to be back :-)
