Sunday supper

Sunday Supper, mostly Louisiana today. Smothered Steak (grilled striploin with homemade onion and pepper gravy), Pan-Fried Corn Fritters with Honey Lime and Chipoltle, and Roasted Cajun Potatoes. The cocktail is not Louisiana but it is delicious nonetheless, a traditional Gimlet.
