Mt Ramelau

Getting up at 3 am in the dark, we began to climb up the mountain, Mt Ramelau (2960m), to see the sunrise from its summit. On the way to the top, we were able to see a stunning starry sky and even spot shooting stars some times. It was hard and cold to be on the way, but it was absolutely amazing and worth doing it . Also, we managed to reached the summit around 20 mins before the sun went up, so it went like clockwork. Seeing the sunrise from the highest place in Timor-Leste was totally lovely and I very much appreciate my senior inviting me to the trip.
