A peck of pickled peppers

Father's day today so cooked for the Head Gardener.

Tried to create a meal with some of his favourite things: melon, crispy (not leafy) salad, good steak. I did sneak in these lovely peppers too.

Of course for him, the whole thing was eclipsed bythe chocolate cake ;-)
