Vintage!

Day 2 of the Ramsey 1940s Show and today I was able to go to the show ground to commentate on the Yak instead of be on the ground at the wedding like yesterday!


The main event of this show was the re-enactment of a battle in France following D-Day with ground re-en-actors and also aircraft above with a Spitfire & a ME108 (actually a Yak in disguise!!). The event had lots of ground stalls with many of them focusing vintage clothing and artifacts from the 1940s as people enjoy dressing up and taking part in the events. This stall selling vintage underwear caught my eye and really highlighted the differences between then & now!!
