In the garden

I've been saying that nothing in the garden has grown this year, but that's  not really true.  The main blip plant continues to multiply each year. It is a lovely blue colour and grows about 3 ft tall. I don't know its name.  I would love to cut the flowers and bring them indoors, but it is poisonous.  There are several Rose of Sharon bushes which have done particularly well this year after I pruned them in late spring and then there are the Fuchsias.  There are about 5 plants in different pots.  They all eventually flowered and the foliage is a very healthy green and problem free, but the bells have been battered by the wind and the rain and it shows.
