Mister (Or Maybe Master Or Mistress) Crabby

I've posted lots of pics of corpulent Crabby, the female Golden Rod or Flower crab spider. She's brazen and strikes a combative pose when I encounter her.

Today I caught a glimpse of a much smaller crab spider with dark markings on its body and legs. I've seen one like it a couple of times before but they're very shy and scuttle for cover. I've never managed a decent shot. Today I would not be denied. 

I have discovered that this spider is either a male or juvenile of the one that I usually photograph.

It's the start of spider season. :)
