Lunch date

Time to celebrate today, Heatherbelle is getting back to full strength so we went for a drive to Clark's Beach, a small holiday town about 25 minutes from Pukekohe on the Manukau Harbour. It was a really nice day, sun was shining and so nice to be out and about. The tide was well out and my blip is looking across the mudflats towards Auckland International Airport and the city of Auckland in the hazy distance.
We had lunch at a little cafe - along with a nice glass of Pinot Gris...just because!
The extra is an very old house that I spotted in the middle of a paddock, not sure why it has never been pulled down as it is just about falling down.
Heading back to the lake tomorrow, but have had a great few days.
