I had to take this jib home on Sunday to do a minor repair. Then forgot to take it tonight. As a result we had to use the older sail which is soft at the trailing edge and flaps. The loss of power probably cost us the race.

On the plus side the flapping noise sounded exactly like a Harley-Davidson.

Apparently we looked like we were really enjoying ourselves, hiking right out with the gennaker lifting the bow out of the water again. Hoofing it is the technical term.
