TOMATILLOS

A small carton of these arrived in the veg box this week, along with a recipe for green salsa which looks far less complicated than the last recipe I tried.

I haven't stepped out of the house today. Proof reading and copy checking most of the time, which also seems to require stuffing myself with carbohydrates. I decided it was time to take a break and blip when I'd had to chase information from a Hungarian website and a Finnish website in quick succession. Having said that, some of the home-grown contributors have to be translated out of pretentious waffle into English, too.
