The Big Hoot

Hundreds of these owls are dotted around Birmingham as part of an art event called the big hoot. I think they are all done by local artists and sponsored by local businesses. I was in Birmingham on my way to Manchester to apply for my new visa and saw these workmen from the New Street Station upgrade chilling out on Ozzy Osbourne's owl. Twit twoo.
