Express Yourself!

This morning we met our new dance artist, Julia, a young Italian, at the start of the autumn session at the Macrobert arts centre.
 
Well, it was certainly different! we are now into contemporary dance and self-expression. This was quite a wake up call for some of us.
 
Even those of us who regard ourselves as inhibited (“we’re Scots we are not used to self expression” ) found it liberating.
 
   
The question is: what else does she have in store for us? Watch this space.
