Evening sunshine

Woke up with an awful headache today, so after a long day in a stuffy , overheated office, I was pleased to get out with Reggie in the evening sunshine. We had a lovely walk up through the meadow in St Ives, chasing balls and sticks and playing with other dogs. Perfect.
the headache was a bit better after getting exercise in the daylight, and lungs full of fresh air. Dogs are a great medicine.
