Day Out in Queenstown

We had a lovely day today. Lincoln and I started out walking into town for a breakfast date. We shared a date scone and he ate about 3/4 of it himself. Then we went down to the waterfront to do the underwater lake viewing (see extra photos). We had a wander around town and bought a new soft toy (yellow-eyed penguin) for Lincoln's ever-expanding collection.
We got picked up by my good friend's Mum just before lunch time. She very kindly drove us to her house, fed us lunch, provided Lincoln with toys then drove us to Arrowtown for playground fun and a drink. We had an absolutely lovely time. It's always good to catch up. We are pretty much family after 15 years of friendship.
My other extra photo is of Lincoln crawling through our hotel. I had to get to reception with the pram, carseat and enough bags and warm clothes for us both to survive a whole day away. Lincoln couldn't be carried as well so much to the staff's amusement, he made his own way down.
