Sounds good ...

Went to see Aged P today who was in fine form and jumped at my idea that we go in to the care home garden and sit in the sunshine (a suggestion she normally rejects saying she is too tired). She loved the feel of the sun on her back and the flowers and trees all around, and much to my surprise put on my earphones and listened to some meditation music. It seemed to have a hugely calming effect on her and although very confused at times, she was at least happy.

Met TSM in London; we ate street food on the South Bank and went to the West End to buy tickets for the theatre in October before going for a drink in a Soho bar. All very civilised; came home just as the rains started.

Lovely long face time with The Girl Racer tonight, and also the DIzzle who is nearing the end of his New York adventure with Ms F. Top Gun came home soaked and tired after his day at work but seemed refreshed after food.

So a good day, although lots to think about .
