Old Ladies Flowers

When I was young it was very popular to have hydrangeas planted in the very small front gardens of people's houses and I always associated them with old people.... And continued to do so for many years.

As Lucy has got to move out of her house by Thursday and hasn't yet got somewhere to move in to, she brought a few boxes home and also all her pot plants. This hydrangea being one of them. So for my first time I am looking after an 'old ladies flower'.

Everybody was home for a Bbq. It was cooked outside but eaten inside as it was peeing down! An evening of games and silliness ensued. . . . Great fun!
