Buddha head

Today we visited Wat Umong. It's a temple in a parc. We rode with our bikes there. It tooks about 9km from our guest house. The temperature was very hot so we couldn't ride very fast. On the way we also visited another temple. There they had a lot of white chedi (the peaks at the temples, often golden) and a big golden. It was very interesting how different temples could be. At Wat Umong we were a bit outside from the city centre. On the side of that temple there were many trees. Also many chicken went along.
After the two temples we went to a Thai body massage. It was very painful! But after all the torture we felt better.
After that we walked to the Sunday market. Lots of booths were built on the main road in the city centre of Chiang Mai.
Tomorrow we will go to a Trek. We will hike to a village in the mountains and sleep there.
So my next blip will be at the day after tomorrow.
