Clear desk policy

Mr B will be working from home this autumn - with none of the inverted commas that speak of days spent reading the papers - so this morning I cleared out the junk that has accumulated in the office since it was painted. The desk is now clear. I'm not sure the Panamanian rum is necessary...

Otherwise, a big Sunday lunch today where my partially libertarian views came as a huge surprise to Mr B. TallGirl has similar tendencies and CarbBoy mostly wanted us to extend this to letting him choose to be on the sofa rather than listening to us argue.

Now Mr B is making us watch The Sting. Great movie, but probably not the kids' top choice. Any movie that requires a lot of explanation is not their favourite for a Sunday night. Music's good though.
