Picnic For One

Today was the last day of our holiday. We spent it walking around Queenstown between checking out of the hotel and catching our flight.
We started out with Ferg Burger for brunch, then stopped by the library to entertain Lincoln. It just happened to be story time which was nice. We stuck around for that.
Next we had a drink at Patagonia chocolate. Daddy had the melted chocolate & chilli hot chocolate. It looked/smelt sickly. Then we spent some time wandering in circles trying to kill time and get Lincoln to sleep.
We happened upon an escape room which is pretty much our favourite thing in the world to do. Lincoln was asleep by then so we asked the guy if he could sleep in the pram while we did it. He said the only rule was that if he had a tantrum he wouldn't pause the timer for us. We nailed the room in 44 minutes (out of an allowed 60) and missed the all time record by 2. We were gutted when we found out how close we were.
Eventually we made it back to the hotel to get our bags, head to the airport and go home.
