Papaya dressing & yet more lettuce

I got the fruit for 15p in the discount bin. Crazy 'cos it was perfectly ripe and far preferable to those being offered at full price.

Added some ginger, onions, tarragon, seasonings and oil. I don't think I want my lettuce any other way now.
