The next day...

Today 's weather would have been perfect for yesterday's Street Festival! Anyway, the town is now gearing up for this weekend's carnival.

I've been at the club today. Good fun as usual. I played cards with Mrs B. She is adorable, thoroughly enjoys playing but I have to talk her through every move! It is exhausting!

In the afternoon we had a good sing! 

In other news, Boa Vista, where we have an apartment, has been hit by Hurricane Fred. The photos I seen via Facebook show the island (and neighbouring Sal) in a sorry state. Thankfully, we have wonderful tennants and excellent property managers.
