As good as it got

The snow level wasn't far from Christchurch today.

I walked across campus to a meeting in one of the lively squalls we've been lashed with. Even rugged up with wool and down I had the impression I was taking a brisk walk through Siberia.

What I've left thinking about most today was my visit to see a friend dying from cancer. It makes you think.

Major things are being done to my computer. You know how these things go. I'm not holding my breathe and don't expect I'll have it working from home until sometime next week.
