Light Rain

Light rain in this view looking towards Union Street from the roof of the St Nicholas Centre. Although the roof area is landscaped and there are a few plants it is a desolate area of concrete, and it take some nice weather to get even a few people there. I noticed some work is being carried out, presumably in an attempt to make it more enticing.

A visit to the hairdresser had tempted me into the centre of town, but the weather was somewhat discouraging. Even light rain is wet with prolonged exposure.
