Not so Quick

This crossword's been lying on the kitchen table for so long that the papers's going yellow. I should stick with the cryptic kind, I don't get so hacked off at not finishing those.

Have just been listening to the football pundits on the radio geeing up Scotland's chances in the two qualifying games coming up. I'd love to think that they're right. But I wish they'd stop comparing the team to Ally MacLeod's, there's no comparison really and look what happened to them!
