Crinan Canal

We spent the day exploring the most incredible archaeological site near Kilmartin, south of Oban. Standing stones and cairns and a henge and more. Artifacts and signs of human habitation from as far back as 5000 BC and tracing the history of the area to present day! Finished with Cream Tea at the locks on the Crinan Canal. Gloriously sunny all day.
