an unusual view of the Burns Monument

Town is back to normal (more or less) and I have no longer any excuses to check out fringy stuff, so I went on a walk down the Mile in the lovely sunshine. The old factory building on New Street is now mostly gone - except for the facade (see also the extra). I always liked that building, I think it housed the Bongo Club at one stage. I am curious what is going to come next. I also popped into the People's Story for the first time. Very interesting although my lunch break didn't do it justice. Ah well, just have to go back there.
