Wedgeport, Nova Scotia

Nova Scotia has a plethora of small fishing harbors, one more beautiful than the next.  We bicycled today to this lovely port. While here, a retired lobsterman demonstrated how to weave a net while providing some history of his trade.  His father taught him as passed on the traditions to his son.  Thanks to Ulysses, a fine French Canadien from Wedgeport.  See KD's journal for a portrait.

Thanks for the comments, stars and hearts over the past few days while our holiday continues.
