Another busy day at work, with the bonus of a nice dinner out at Corrieri's with colleagues from The Leprosy Mission Scotland and Terver Anyor (who featured here before) from TLM Nigeria, who is currently on the UK funded by the British Council to learn about advocacy programmes. He's going along with NIDOS folk to meet with Scottish Government representatives tomorrow, which should be interesting for them and I'm sure for him.

I understand the AGM, Annual Conference and Wipe Out Leprosy poster competition award ceremony on Saturday were a great success in spite of the weather. Wipe Out Leprosy is a kids competition we were running to help young people learn about leprosy, and get them to design posters which we would put on a tea towel and sell to raise funds for a Vocational Training Centre we support in West Bengal, India. We had a lovely intern, the fantastic Mrs inimmoralclaws running it, her work was funded by Vodaphone's World of Difference programme. If you want to have a look at the fantastic posters the kids designed, then have a look at them in this album on our Facebook page.. That is only the top two entries in each category, we had many more entries, the 10 Highly Commended ones are in the wall photos album as I was posting them up over the last few weeks. Lots of kids and parents turned up to the event, and had a great time. I missed the whole thing as I was at the wedding taking photos!
