Jupiter

Tom went home on the train yesterday and the younger members of the clan are back at school already so it was just the one car-load's worth for a trip out to Jupiter Artland today. It was fabulous - we've been meaning to go for a while now and obviously I've seen loads of pictures of it (not just on blip, either!) Really nice lunch, too! I think that feller in the checked shirt might be stalking us, though. Oh, and apparently I was meant to blip one of the 'Weeping Girl' statues (some kind of Edinburgh 'Blip Bingo') but I preferred this bit of the 'land art'  ('Life Mounds' by Charles Jencks.) Later on we 'did' another play (Jim Cartwright's new one, 'Raz', starring his son, James, who plays Fallon's boyfriend in the Archers, not that that had anything to do with our choice) and in the evening we sat out on the drying green and watched the end-of-festival fireworks over the Castle, at least until the rain drove us inside to the kitchen window...
