Ted's Bike!

This morning I had to go to Burnley for a bone density scan. It was only five minutes of a job and it is to rule out an illness. 

Anyway it gave me a chance to call into the Town Hall and visit my friend David who is the Mayors Office. I did a bit of shopping before coming home for lunch.

Tonight we are going to a "Pie Night" at Rolls Royce Club in Barnoldswick with some friends. We are looking forward to it although it doesn't help humbugs diet. We are trying hard to lose a few pounds before our holiday to Malta in early October but there doesn't seem much of a chance of that.

Well Teds bike is tied up to the telegraph pole outside of our house just to show willing for the stage two of the bike race that is happening on Monday. Tomorrow there will be a special bike to be blipped which is outside of the church in Colne.
