Cracks

Cracks

16.0C with plenty of cloud with sunny spells later in the afternoon. Light breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound was indoors this morning again.

Maeve and I went for a walk after lunch. We went up to the church then continued out along the country road to Scryne. When we reached Scryne we turned right and went down the road to Easthaven where we took the cycle path back along towards Westhaven and Carnoustie.

We went down to the beach at Westhaven via the road bridge over the railway and went to look around the fishermen's huts for something interesting for Abstract Thursday. The fibreglass on an off white upturned dinghy and the cracks in its surface caught my attention again. Icy blues today.

We came back along East Row and over the road bridge over the railway, stopped for a chat with a lady who has a grumpy Jack Russell terrier (Bob) and a lovely grey lurcher (Ralphy, who is 13), then carried on round in a long loop heading into Carnoustie and up the main road before turning along for home.
