Forest bug

It was my first visit to the nature reserve for almost 2 weeks - to check on the Chiltern gentians (doing well) and, hopefully, walk my butterfly transect (hopeless - cold, windy and no sun!). However, I saw lots of other things, including this splendid shieldbug. It is Pentatoma rufipes, one I always knew as Forest Bug, but now given the more descriptive name of Red-legged Shieldbug.
