Morning glow

Our last day in Skopelos and I decided to get up early to catch the morning sky. As the sun rises behind a mountain you only get a red glow before the full light of the sun as it peaks over the mountain. It is sufficiently high by then to produce a bright glare reflecting off the harbour.

This was taken from the castle (Kastro) looking down on one of the several churches in this area.
