Trinity Centre

Friday 4th September 2015 (1105)

My car went in for its MOT and service this morning (ouch!) so we were left without transport. In order to get out of the house we caught the bus in to Leeds and had a wander round, although I'm not keen on wandering round shops. We went to have a look at the "new" Trinity Shopping Centre. It's been open since March 2013 but I've never been.

The tower you can see is Trinity church, at the entrance. The sculpture is Equus Altus, a packhorse carrying a roll of cloth, by sculptor Andy Scott, who designed the Kelpies in Scotland.

We finished with Yorkshire fish and chips from the best fish shop in town (in my opinion!).
