Cracks becoming evident

About a bit more than 18 months ago I applied for my soon to be ex boss's job. I wasn't successful.

The successful candidate will be leaving soon. There is something to be said for a high level of attrition at a specific level.

So interesting times ahead and no I'm not going to be applying as the new role will be in a different city.
