Thirsty work this.

The new scratter is excellent. Could have done with my 2 little helpers, but they buggered off to the shops with their Mummy :(

Oh well. So far I've emptied the salad drawer, and made 1 demijohn.

I'm bypassing the fermentation bins at the moment as I've not got enough apples.

But I'm going that I'll get to do a second pressing either later this month or next month.

That one may be a bin job.

I've got 6 demijohns prepped, and 2 crates of apples to go.

But first need to empty the press.

May have to try another bottle of last year's just to remind me why I'm doing it :)
